MLS Committee

The MLS committee plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform utilized by our members.  This committee works to ensure that the MLS system remains a robust and user-friendly tool for property listings and searches. Scheduled 1st Wednesday of each month.  Chairman decides 1 week prior to scheduled meeting if Committee will be meeting due to necessary concerns with Flex or with MLS Rules & Regulations.

Activities:

·         Annual Review of MLS Rules & Regulations to submit to NAR in March

·         Tracks and enforces the rules of the MLS.

·         Continuously update and review the MLS rules & regulations.
